Statement of Facts and Terms of Business.

Any and all Fees or any such similar consideration paid or given to me by a Client or Clients are in consideration for my time and companionship and where applicable travelling expenses only. No other charges or any such similar for anything other than my time and companionship are applicable or implied whatsoever other than additional Fees or any such similar consideration for extending the period of time of my companionship beyond that originally arranged and/or Booked. Anything else whatsoever that may or may not occur or happen between myself and a Client or Clients would be purely and simply a matter of coincidence and would be with the willing and free consent of consenting Adults and any such occurrence would be the free and individual personal choice of willing and consenting Adults.

Any sexual fantasy, activity, preference, non-preference or any such similar subject implied, inferred, mentioned or otherwise stated or not by myself at any time is purely and simply an expression of my personal choice or opinion or such similar personal attitude as an Adult and is not to be understood in any way, manner or form whatsoever as being an inducement of any kind whatsoever for the payment for anything else whatsoever other than my time and companionship and expenses where applicable.

Where Clients' contact and/or Bookings with myself are initiated and/or arranged via Select Escort Services' initial Booking Service said initial Booking Service acts purely, simply and solely in the capacity of providing initial contact between myself and a Client or Clients and/or making initial Booking arrangements for a Client or Clients requiring my time and companionship and myself providing the service of time spent and companionship offered and in no other capacity whatsoever and no other service whatsoever is implied, intended or offered by said initial Booking Service.

Said initial Booking Service provides initial contact between myself and a Client or Clients and accepts and arranges initial Booking details on my behalf and that of a Client or Clients on the full understanding of all parties concerned that any arrangement and all arrangements entered into between myself and a Client or Clients is and are purely an arrangement or arrangements between myself and a Client or Clients and as such any such contact, Booking, Bookings or anything whatsoever that may or may not occur or happen during such events or as a consequence of such said events are not the responsibility in any manner, form or way whatsoever of said initial Booking Service.

The making contact or the booking of an appointment for my time and companionship with me by a Client or Clients whether directly with myself or via Select Escort Services' initial Booking Service is on the total and full understanding that all parties concerned are in full and complete agreement with all of the above in this Statement of Facts and Terms of Business without exception. Where applicable any reference to the singular should also be taken as meaning plural and visa versa.
